CNC precision lathe tool holder collet chuck

CNC precision lathe is a kind of machine tool with the largest usage and wide coverage, which combines the characteristics of universal lathe, precision lathe with high machining precision and special lathe with high machining efficiency. Numerically controlled precision lathe is a machine tool that uses numerical control technology and implements the action according to the program written in advance. It consists of program carrier, input device, CNC unit, servo system, position feedback system and machine tool mechanical parts.

The electrical equipment of NC precision lathe needs to bear the influence of many unfavorable factors, such as environment, operation and so on, which causes or causes many faults. Therefore, daily maintenance and overhaul are very important and essential parts in production and operation. The normal use of CNC precision lathe must meet the following requirements.

1. Environmental requirements: CNC precision lathe should be far away from the vibration source, should avoid direct sunlight and thermal radiation, avoid the impact of moisture and air flow. If there is vibration source near the machine tool, vibration proof trenches should be set up around the machine tools. Otherwise, it will directly affect the machining accuracy and stability of the machine tool, and will lead to poor contact of electronic components, failure and affect the reliability of the machine tool.

2. Power Requirements: General CNC precision lathe installed in the machining workshop, not only the ambient temperature changes greatly, poor operating conditions, and a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment, resulting in large fluctuations in the grid. Therefore, the installation of CNC lathes requires strict control of the supply voltage. The supply voltage fluctuation must be within the allowable range and remain relatively stable. Otherwise, it will affect the normal operation of CNC system.

3. Temperature condition: the ambient temperature of NC precision lathe is less than 30, and the relative temperature is less than 80%. Generally speaking, the CNC electronic control box is equipped with an exhaust fan or a cooling fan to keep the electronic components, especially the CPU operating temperature constant or the temperature difference is very small. Excessive temperature and humidity will lead to lower life of control system components and increase the number of failures. The increase of temperature and humidity will cause bonding and short circuit in the integrated circuit board.

4. Standard use: When using the machine tool, the user is not allowed to change the parameters set by the manufacturer in the control system at will. The setting of these parameters is directly related to the dynamic characteristics of various parts of machine tools. Only the value of clearance compensation parameters can be adjusted according to the actual situation. Users are not allowed to change machine tool attachments at will, for example, using hydraulic chucks beyond specifications. When setting up accessories, manufacturers should fully consider the matching of various parameters. Blind replacement leads to mismatch of various link parameters and even causes accidents that are not estimated. The pressure of using hydraulic chuck, hydraulic tool holder, hydraulic tailstock and hydraulic cylinder should be within the allowable stress range, and no arbitrary increase should be allowed.
